MISSION: The Panama School Counselor Association (PASCA) is a professional organization dedicated to supporting college school counselors in Panama.  We are a collaborative network that provides resources and professional development to benefit students ' well-being.

VISION: To serve as a support system for counselors to facilitate the students' cognitive, social-emotional development, and post-secondary fulfillment.

We are a group of 20 school counselors and advocates from 16 different schools in Panama at the High School level and work with helping our students apply to universities.
