The Ocean to Ocean (O2O) Invitational College Fair, founded in 2017 by PASCA Counselors, is dedicated to providing students from across Panama with valuable opportunities to connect with higher education institutions.
The next O2O College Fair will take place on September 29 and 30, 2025. The participation fee of $500 includes:

• A networking event the evening before the fair (September 29)
• The College Fair itself (sept 30th)
• An optional evening of O2O Workshops for students and parents

As we transition to a non-profit association, we are committed to giving back to our community. We are raising funds to award scholarships to HALI (High-Achieving, Low-Income) students in Panama to support their higher education costs.
Please note that participation in the fair is selective due to limited space. A board composed of counselors from across Panama will carefully review applications to ensure that the most suitable institutions are represented.
