The Ocean to Ocean (O2O) Invitational College Fair, founded in 2017 by PASCA Counselors, is dedicated to providing students from across Panama with valuable opportunities to connect with higher education institutions.
O2O 2026 will take place on September 28 and 29, 2026.
The participation fee of $500 includes:
A networking event the evening before the fair (September 28). This year will be our 10th anniversary so the networking event will be a bigger event than normal held at the Panama Canal Museum in Casco Viejo.
The College Fair itself (September 29th)
An optional evening of O2O Workshops for students and parents (September 29th)
The Ocean to Ocean Educational Group (O2O) is a legally recognized non-profit organization in Panama with resolution number 217-PJ-217. The O2O is committed to giving back to our community. A portion of the participation goes to cover the costs of the fair and a portion goes towards scholarships to HALI (High-Achieving, Low-Income) students in Panama to support their higher education costs.
Please note that participation in the fair is selective due to limited space. A board, composed of counselors from across Panama, will carefully review applications to ensure that the most suitable institutions are represented.
